A structured schedule serves as a reliable framework within which children can explore, learn, and grow. While flexibility is important, having a consistent routine provides them with a sense of order, confidence, and a strong foundation for their development.

Drop-off and pick-up will be at the Cliff Lodge valet between 8:30-9:00am and 4:30-5:00pm.

Please consider the weather conditions and the duration of the camp when adapting the list to your needs. Here's a letter to parents that details some of the needs and concerns you will have during the week.

When packing, it’s a good idea to label your belongings with your name to prevent mix-ups.

Keep a look out for our updated 2025 Parent Guide to be uploaded.

We use the app Brightwheel for parent communication during summer camp as it enhances transparency, fosters trust, and enables parents to be actively involved in their child's camp journey. It streamlines communication processes, providing parents with a comprehensive view of their child's activities and ensuring a positive and informed camp experience.
