Meals & Arrival/Departure
We plan, prepare, and serve meals at the center to ensure the well-being and overall experience of the campers. Drop off is at the Cliff Lodge valet between 8:30-9:00am, and pick-up is between 4:30-5:00pm. Please note that no transportation will be provided by the camp.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- A week filled with creativity, free choice play in nature and indoors.
- Two snacks and an in-house prepared lunch with drinks.
- 8:1 ratio of qualified and background checked camp counselors.
- A developmentally appropriate indoor space equipped with a variety of supplies to foster creativity.
INVOICES: Once registration is received and processed, an account on the parent communication app called Brightwheel will be created for each family member listed. The camp cost invoice will be on the app and due a week before camp starts but can be paid at any point in time before camp as well. A child’s paid for spot is final and non-refundable by Friday 5pm before their camp week starts.
CANCELLATION POLICY: As summer plans evolve from when you first registered, we understand that families may need to 1. Cancel a week - please do so by replying to the confirmation email. The deposit paid at time of registration is non-refundable/non-transferrable.
The final invoices which are created in our communication app, Brightwheel, are due 5 days before the camp week. A child's paid for spot is final and non-refundable/non-transferrable by Wednesday 5pm before the camp week starts.
