What to Expect: Simple and Quick Registration
We've made registering for Superior Summer Camp easy and fast! Here's what you'll do:

  1. Choose your camp type and dates
  2. Provide information about yourself, your child, emergency contacts and any medical needs
  3. Pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot
Once your deposit is complete, your spot is confirmed in real time. We'll then email you to guide you through the rest of the process. It's that simple!

What You'll Need:
To make the registration process smooth and quick, here's what we recommend you have ready:
  • Personal Contact Information: for both you and your child.
  • Emergency and Out of State contacts (Optional): Names, full addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Medical Information: Details about your child's medications or any diagnoses affecting behavior.
  • Vaccination Record: As a fully licensed Utah childcare, we require an electronic copy of your child's vaccination card. You can upload a digital scan or photo (PDF, JPG, or PNG format under 6MB).
  • Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Google Pay (mobile only).
  • Code of Conduct: You'll need to review, share, and confirm approval of the camp's Code of Conduct with your child.
Age Eligibility Guide: To attend camp, your child must be at least 5 years old at the start of the selected camp week and no older than 10 by September 1. Your child should be able to follow directions in a group setting and handle basic self-care tasks independently.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that summer plans can change, so here's how to manage your camp registration:

  1. Cancel a Week: If you need to cancel a camp week, reply to your confirmation email. Please note that the deposit paid at registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Change or Add Weeks: To add camp weeks, you must complete a new registration on our website.
Final invoices are issued through our communication app, Brightwheel, and must be paid at least 5 days before the camp week begins. Once a spot is paid for, it is final and non-refundable/non-transferable after Wednesday at 5:00 PM before the camp week starts.
